The show enables the buyers to understand the pulse of property scenario back home.

Mr. Sunil Jaiswal, President - Sumansa Exhibitions, organizers of the show, said, “June 2014 was one phenomenal show and now this one, we are already sold out. I think this speaks volumes about the success of the very concept of the event and the fact that it has truly become the Numero Uno showcase of Indian Properties in Dubai. We have always tried to make it better, informative and added innovation at each show. Last edition witnessed highest number of visitor footfall in its history. Over 22,000 people visited the show while exhibitors did brisk business with increased number of enquiries and business transactions. And I hope to see the numbers going up once again”.

“Investment in Indian Property Sector is best investment amongst all asset classes for various reasons including highest LTV, tangibility, less volatility, rental income and appreciating asset. And the icing on the cake is that Indian Property Market is huge and yet affordable compared to international investment destinations. Capital appreciation on real estate in India is far higher than the high-yielding deposits for non-resident Indians (NRIs). If you maintain a broad investment horizon and have chosen properties well, the capital appreciation on real estate translates into multi-fold putting all other asset classes behind”, further commented Jaiswal.

The exhibitors at the show include best of the Indian real estate developers, construction companies, Banks and real estate agents. This year’s show will witness 4 distinct Regional Pavilions alongside a special CREDAI Maharashtra section. Key developers under each pavilion include, North India: DLF, Emaar, Ascon Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., Puri Constructions, Ansal API, Wave Infra etc.; South India: Ozone Group, Brigade, Mantri Developers, Isha Home, Shobha Developers, Puravankara, Shapoorji, Hiranandani, Karle Infra etc.; West and Central India: Lodha Group, L&T, Rustomjee, Excellence shelters, Hiranandani, Sheth Creators etc. whereas the Main Pavilion would have the likes of Investors Clinic, India Bulls, Rajesh LifeSpaces, Unique Developers, Godrej Properties, Ahuja Constructions, , Adani Realty, Sunteck etc. among others.
